Preface for the Directory 2006

The following is a list of the churches represented by messenger or letter in the 2005 or 2006 Messenger Meeting of the American Baptist Association. This is not a membership list. The appearance of information here does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Association. (Adopted 2006 by the messengers in Daytona Beach, FL.)

At the end of each entry you will find (06) or (05) these represent the year the clerks last received a letter from the church. By vote of the messengers only the churches that send letters in over a two year period will be listed. The oldest year will be deleted each time a new directory is published.

The symbol # means that this church participated in the National Ladies Auxiliary as was given to the clerks by the clerk of the National Ladies Auxiliary Meeting held each year.

Errors occur even with the best of efforts to keep it from happening. We apologize if your entry has errors. Please call these to our attention and we will be happy to correct them in the next issue.
