“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” 1 Peter 5:8.

We started a teen’s class with two students and God has blessed us with the attendance of eleven teenagers; eight of them have been saved in the last two months and are currently receiving a midweek home Bible lesson on basic doctrine and Christian life.

We have started an evangelistic monthly youth meeting so they can invite their friends to witness to them. This is the largest youth group we have ever had; help us pray for their spiritual growth, they are Satan’s target continuously. Most of the teens that have attended our congregation end up being single parents, involved in relationships with unbelievers that draw them away from the Lord and going back to their idolatry. Pray on behalf of this group of young believers, that they might withstand the attacks coming their way.

It is a blessing to tell you that we needed $700.00 USA dollars to water proof our building’s concrete roof before the rainy season started here. The congregation exercised their faith by collecting a special offering and they were able to supply all the money for this need. I praise God for this opportunity to teach them again and the evidence of their growth.

I beg you to pray with me for sister Rosa and her son Israel, the last two believers I baptized, they have not attended a single service since their baptism; I talk to them often but they are letting their worries drag them down.

Here you can see most of the men in the congregation on our Father’s Day celebration. (picture not available) It was very emotive for the ones who celebrated it in Christ for the first time. Most of the congregations here endure long years consisting mostly of women and children. I consider them a blessing.

Thanks for all the spiritual support and love for the work of the Lord in this city.

Serving Him.
