A WOMAN AND HER HEART The physical heart is an amazing creation of God. One's life literally depends on the health of her heart. Likewise the spiritual heart dictates one’s fellowship with others and God. In this third book of a series, Peters shares God’s remedy for a healthy spiritual heart. The book concludes by looking into the lives of women of the Bible how they sought to control their own heart problems. Dear Study Leaders, It’s so exciting to me that you’re going to be launching this examination of the heart! My prayers have been for the Lord to clearly show me everything He wanted me to gather up and put down for you in this study, and that He would richly bless all those who would be involved in leading and/or participating. I only wish I could sit in with each of your groups to benefit from every thought and every insight you share in class! If you’ve gone through either of the two previous studies in this series, you’ll find the format of this one is slightly different. You’re looking at one of the differences right now. The earlier books didn’t include leaders’ notes, and while I know you all manage beautifully without them, many of you suggested adding them. I hope you’ll find these helpful. Another difference you’ll find is that I’ve built into Week 1 a kickoff session and into Week 13 some time to wrap things up; see the notes for more on that. I know how women love to fellowship and share with one another; these sessions should give you some room for flexibility in that regard. Blessings,
