My name is Jeff Barger. I most recently pastored the Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Livermore, CA. I am currently leading a group in Tulare, CA with the intention of organizing ourselves into a church. I hold a doctorate in theology from Tulare Missionary Baptist Seminary (not currently in operation). I have a You Tube channel on which I post videos of Bible lessons.
