100th Anniversary of the American Baptist Association Messenger Assembly

All meetings are scheduled to take place at the Hot Springs Convention Center.

Hotels:
Embassy Suites by Hilton (Connected to Convention Center) offers a King or 2 Queens for $189+tax with a 3 night minimum stay required. The Hotel Hot Springs (Adjacent to Convention Center) offers Single room for $129+tax, Double for $139+tax, Triple for $149+tax and Quad for $159+tax. Both hotels include a full breakfast buffet. Reservations will open on January 12, 2026. Booking deadline is May 21, 2026.

Exhibitors:
Exhibitor registration will open on January 12, 2026. We will have 123 booths available (10’ x 10’).
Name Badges:
To help us prepare for the meeting, please register in advance. All name badges will be printed before the meeting this year, and we will not be printing badges on site. Please register at the same time you book your hotel room or submit your exhibitor contract. Thank you for helping us plan well.

A Note to Our Churches:
The 2026 Meeting in Hot Springs will incur higher expenses for the convention center, audio/visual services, printing, and other essential support. We kindly ask each church to prayerfully consider a meaningful increase in its giving to the Expense of Meeting Fund. Your faithful support helps make our annual messenger assembly possible.

We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Hot Springs. The ABA rate is $129 plus tax. The hotel is conveniently located about 4 miles from the Hot Springs Convention Center and provides complimentary on-site parking. However, please note that the last date to book with our rate is May 21, 2026. We anticipate that this property will sell out quickly, so it’s best to book as soon as possible!

We’ve secured a small block of rooms at The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa. The ABA rate is $129. the rate does not include the 14.5% occupancy tax or the $15.00 resort fee. The rates provided apply to their standard, unrestored guest rooms. Requests to be relocated to a restored room are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and will incur an additional charge.

Self-parking in their private parking garage just steps from the Hotel: $5 per hour or $21 for overnight guests.

All parking spaces are limited and first come, first served.
Billing
For all credit card payments, there will be a processing fee added to the total balance. Current processing fees are 3% for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover and 3.5% for American Express. Fees are subject to change at any time without notice.
For debit card and ACH/digital check payment via certify, there is no processing fee. Payment via ACH/digital check must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival.
For cashier’s checks, the check must be received on the due date listed in this contract.
For personal checks, the check must be received at least two (2) weeks prior to your arrival.

Booking
Call 501-623-7771 and ask for the ABA Overflow Block by Thursday, May 21, 2026. Guests should indicate the full names of guests, arrival dates, departure dates, pairing for shared rooms, type of guarantee for their rooms, method of payment, and room type requests.
